Millicent

With sketchbook in hand, hanging out in the ballet studio waiting for my favorite ballerina, I dreamed up this classic benchmark face with alluring eyes. That was a good day! Some dolls are only loved in the colors in which they are "born," but as the artist, this is one doll that allows color freedom. I always favor two colors that blend nicely as these pinks and blues do, set off by her lovely brown braids.
