Suzy Doll

The groundhog might have one opinion, but creating a flower icon in the middle of winter convinces me spring will really come. I almost called her Sunny, but this doll was created for a real Suzy who loves sunflowers, so here's sunny Suzy! The flowers were plucked right out of her costuming and took over three hours to hand embroider. Suzy almost makes me want to grow sunflowers this year now that our neighbor's horses are gone who ate ours at the pasture fence.
