We've been making patterns for our dolls for you to make for thirty years. We realized early on that there are mothers and grandmothers who prefer to make a doll from scratch themselves for the special person they love, just like we do.
In 1977 we first produced and sold three designs -- Sarah, Darla and Laura as doll patterns and doll kits. In 1980 we were a licensee with the Butterick Pattern Company, and for five years enjoyed its publishing and selling five designs. In 1993 we printed and marketed Meghan and Missy with complete instructions. illustrations, pattern sheets and a color photo. Last summer four additional designs were produced and have been an instant hit.
Each pattern includes both the doll and her clothes. Pattern pieces are bold, easy to trace and cut. You will find the list of materials needed, together with all the cutting, sewing, stuffing, finishing and wigging instructions. Our 38 years of experience assures you an enjoyable and creative experience. Bonnie is happy to share her "secrets" and offers you support in your own doll making adventure.
