This new craft activity evolved from Calico Paper Dolls, a printed needlework doll offered in the 80's to an antique embroidered and trimmed doll birthday present for my granddaughter Shiloh. Already tested successfully by a dozen children ages 5 to 13, including four boys!

Within the Decorator Dolly Kit package contents, you and your child can create their own 11" cloth doll, using either glue or sewing machine, pencil, scissors and imagination to applique this little buddy. This creative offering is a perfect day-off project, especially when created by two generations together. You can use the extra template to create your own face, just like our artists did, then mix and match fabrics to your whim.
